- შაქრის პუდრა - 50 გ;
- ნაღები (ცხიმ. 33-35%) - 150 გ;
- კაკაო პერგამენტი ფორმისთვის - 1 ს/კ.
მომზადების წესი
გააცხელეთ ღუმელი. ფორმაში ჩააფინეთ პერგამენტი. კვერცხი და შაქარი ათქვიფეთ ჰაეროვანი მასის მიღებამდე. დაუმატეთ ფქვილი, კაკაო და დაფქული ესპრესო. ცომი მოათავსეთ ფორმაში. შედგით ღუმელში და აცხვეთ 175 გრადუსზე 20 წუთი. გადმოდგით და გააგრილეთ. ბისკვიტს შემოავლეთ ტორტის ფორმის გასახსნელი რგოლი. 50 შოკოლადი გახსენით ცხელ ესპრესოში, წაუსვით ბისკვიტს. ერთმანეთში შეურიეთ არაჟანი, ხაჭო, ყავის ლიქიორი და შაქრის პუდრა. ნაღები ათქვიფეთ გამაგრებამდე და შემდეგ დაუმატეთ ამ მასას. მიღებული კრემი წაუსვით ბისკვიტს. ნამცხვარი მორთეთ 50 გრამი შოკოლადის ანათალით. მოაყარეთ კაკაოც და 3 საათით დადგით გრილ ადგილას.
