ეკლერი (შუ)
ეკლერი ძალიან გემრიელია, მოვამზადით Qwellynaria-ს რეცეპტით.
შემადგენლობა
ცომისთვის:
- წყალი - 250 მლ;
- მარგარინი - 50 გრ;
- მარილი (დანის წვერზე);
- ფქვილი - 150 გრ;
- კვერცხი - 4 ცალი.
კრემისთვის:
- რძე - 0,5 ლ;
- კვერცხი - 2 ცალი;
- შაქარი - 125 გრ;
- ფქვილი - 50 გრ;
- კარაქი - 100 გრ;
- ვანილი გემოვნებით.
მომზადება
წყალში ჩაყარეთ ცოტა მარილი, ჩადეთ მარგარინი და აადუღეთ. ჩაყარეთ ფქვილი და დაბალ ცეცხლზე კარგად ურიეთ ერთგვაროვანი პრიალა მასის მიღებამდე. ოდნავ შეაგრილეთ და სათითაოდ შეათქვიფეთ კვერცხები.
ცხიმწასმულ ტაფაზე კოვზით ან ტორტის მოსართავით დადეთ ცომი მრგვალ (შუსთვის) ან მოგრძო (ეკლერისთვის) ფორმებად. წინასწარ გაცხხელებულ ღუმელში 200 - 250 გრ-ზე გამოაცხეთ 20 - 25 წუთის განმავლობაში. გავაციოთ ღუმელშივე. შემდეგ ჩაჭერით შიგნიდან და შიგ წავუსვით მოხარშული კრემი. შუს ძემოდან მოაყარეთ შაქრის პუდრა, ეკლერს წაუსვით შოკოლადის მინანქარი.
