On the First Sunday of Great Lent, March 24, 2013, His All-Holiness celebrated the Divine Liturgy marking the Sunday of Orthodoxy at the Patriarchal Church of St. George. The Liturgy included the consecration of newly-elected Archbishop Nektarios of Anthidon, a hierarch belonging to the jurisdiction of the Patriarchate of Jerusalem. Among those in attendance were Mr. George Kalantzis, member of the Greek Parliament and former Minister and Chairman of the Standing Committee on Cultural Affairs of the Hellenic Parliament, Ambassador Nicholas Matthioudakis, Consul General of Greece in Istanbul as well as Consuls Victor Malingoudis and Athanasios Astrakas, together with the Greek Consul of Adrianople, Mrs. Katerina Varvarigo, and the parents of the newly-elected Archbishop. ლაშა ცოტა ინგლისური და შიინაარს გამოვიტანთ ამ ამბის
