EditionWith the start of every NFL season comes the most recent release to  EA's Madden 22. This is a very exciting version for LA Chargers fans as Justin Hebrert's score will be higher than it was as a rookie in Madden 21.

Herbert's score hasn't been disclosed as the ratings are being released slowly in the coming days. We do have the ratings of two different Charger players in Joey Bosa and Keenan Allen.Allen has a 93 overall and is one of the top ten wide receivers in the league. This is a pleasant surprise, even although Keenan Allen is often not slept on.

Joey Bosa's Madden 22 rating is solid but has room for improvement LA Chargers' edge rusher.
Joey Bosa enters Madden 22 as a 92 overall left linebacker (in previous editions , he was an end on the left, but with the LA Chargers going to a 3-4 defense, he's now a left outside linebacker). I'm sure it's hard to not be happy with the grade Bosa earned since he's one of the best edge rushers to play the game.

Bosa acknowledges that it's not the ceiling. Bosa should be in upper 90s by the close of the season and Madden adjusts his ratings accordingly. It wouldn't be a surprise if Bosa was rated in the second spot behind Aaron Donald as a defensive lineman.

Staley is the most important reason. Bosa has been a top player in his professional career, however Staley has earned an income from making elite players even better. Von Miller and Khalil Mack excelled under Staley. In actual fact, Mack had a career year with Staley as his coach of the outside linebackers. Mack hasn't made it to that standard since.
