ბადრიჯანი (კარტოფილითა და პომიდვრით)
როდესაც ძალიან გშია და უცბად უნდა მოამზადო კერძი, შემოდი Qwellynaria_ს ჯგუფში და ნახე ძალიან ნოყიერი და სასარგებლო რეცეპტი:
შემადგენლობა:
- 0,5 კგ ბადრიჯანი
- 0,5 კგ კარტოფილი
- 3-4 ცალი პომიდორი
- 3 ცალი ხახვი
მომზადება:
- შეწვით სიგრძეზე დაჭრილი ბადრიჯანი.
- შეწვით კარტოფილიც.
- დაჭერით ხახვი მრგვალად, ან რკალებად.
- ასევე დაჭერით პომიდორი წვირალად ან საშუალოდ.
- დაჭერით ოხრახუში, ნიორი.
- ეს დაჭრილ-შემწვარი პროდუქტები გადაურიეთ ერთმანეთში. არ დაგავიწყდეთ მარილი.
- მაცივარში 1 დღეზე მეტ ხანს არ შეინახოთ, რადგან პომიდორმა შეიძლება დაამჟაოს კერძი.
- მიირთვით მაიონეზით - მოუხდება.

რაც შეეხება მაიონეზს, შეგიძლიათ შემწვარ ბადრიჯანს ნიგვზის მაგივრად წაუსვათ მაიონეზში არეული გახეხილი სტაფილო, წვირილად დაჭრილი ნიახური და ცოტაც ნიორი :)
