შემადგენლობა:

ბისკვიტისთვის:

  1. 2 ცალი კვერცხი,
  2. 1ჭიქა შაქარი,
  3. 120გ, მარგარინი,
  4. 100მლ. ცხელი რძე,
  5. ფქვილი,
  6. 1 ჩ/კ სოდა.

კრემისთვის:

  1. 400მლ. არაჟანი,
  2. 1 ჭიქა შაქრის პუდრი,
  3. ქოქოსის ნაფხვენები.

მომზადება:

  • კვერცხი ათქვიფეთ შაქართან ერთად. დაუმატეთ რძეში გახსნილი სოდა, დაასხით გამდნარი მარგარინი და დაუმატეთ იმდენი ფქვილი, რომ მიიღოთ რბილი ცომი. ცომი ადვილად უნდა ბრტყელდებოდეს.
  • დაყავით ცომი 5-6 ნაწილად, გააბრტყელეთ და სათითაოდ გამოაცხვეთ ცხიმწასმულ, ფქვილმოყრილ თუნუქის ფურცელზე.
  • კრემის მოსამზადებლად ათქვიფეთ ცივი არაჟანი შაქრის პუდრასთან ერთად.
  • თითოეულ ფენას წაუსვით კრემი, მოაყარეთ ქოქოსი და დაადეთ ერთამანეთს.
  • ტორტის გვერდებიც და ზედაპირიც დაფარეთ ქოქოსის ნაფხვენებით.
