Que tipos de Protesis Mamarias se utilizan
Las marcas más confiables son Eurosilicone, Mentor o Perthese. Los implantes pueden ser de variadas formas y tamaños, en base a las características físicas de cada paciente, a su volumen mamario existente y al volumen deseado se seleccionará un tipo en particular.
Como se colocan las Protesis Mamarias
Dependera de cada paciente, los implantes mamarios se pueden colocar a través de una vía periareolar inferior (en la mitad inferior del límite entre la aréola de color mas oscuro y la piel blanca del resto de la mama) o bien a través de una vía submamaria (situada en el surco por debajo de la mama).
Existen dos planos fundamentales en los que se pueden colocar los implantes: por delante o por detrás del músculo pectoral. Si la cobertura de tejidos propios en el sector superior de la mama es suficiente, se suele elegir el plano por delante del músculo, en caso contrario se colocan los implantes por detrás del mismo.
Cuanto dura la cirugia de aumento mamario
Generalmente es de alrededor de 90 minutos. La cirugia es ambulatoria, por lo que entre las 4 y 6 horas de operada te puedes retornar a tu domicilio
