ზოგჯერ დალი თავს მოუყრიდა მეგობრებს და რესტორანში პატიჟებდა. ბოლოს, როდესაც ოფიციანტი უზარმაზარი თანხის ანგარიშს მოუტანდა, ის თანხას გამოწერდა პირად საბანკო ჩეკზე, რომლის უკანა მხარეს რამე ორიგინალურს მიახატავდა, იმ იმედით, რომ რესტორნის პატრონი ვერ შეელეოდა სახელგანთქმული სალვადორ დალის ნახატს და ჩეკს გასანაღდებლად ბანკში არ წაიღებდა...
