შემადგენლობა:
- 2 ჭიქა ფქვილი
- ¼ ჭიქა შაქარი
- 1 კოვზი გამაფხვიერებელი
- 1/2 კოვზი მარილი
- ¼ ჭიქა კარაქი,
- ½ ჭიქა კრემი
- 2 დიდი კვერცხი
- 1/3 ჭიქა ნახევრად ტკბილი შოკოლადი
- ½ ჭიქა გაყინული ჟოლო
მომზადება:
- დიდ თასში აურიეთ ფქვილი, შაქარი, გამაფხვიერებელი და მარილი.
- კარაქი დააბლენდერეთ კრემისებური მასის მიღებამდე, შემდეგ დაამატეთ კვერცხი და კიდევ ათქვიფეთ.
- ფქვილს დაამატეთ შოკოლადი და ჟოლო, ამ მასის ცენტრში ჩაასხით კვერცხისა და კარაქის ნარევი, ფრთხილად მოურიეთ ერთიანი მასის მიღებამდე. ( ცოტა კვერცხისა და კარაქის ნარევი შეინახეთ ზემოდან წასასმელად)
- ცომი გადაიტანეთ ფქვილიან ზედაპირზე და გააბრტყელეთ.
- დაჭერით 8 ნაჭრად, გადაიტანეთ პერგამენტ დაფენილ საცხობზე და წაუსვით კარაქისა და კვერცხის ნარევი და აცხვეთ 13-15 წუთით.
