- ქოქოსის ან კაკაოს ცხიმი - 20 გრ

ბისკვიტი:
- მწარე შოკოლადი - 50 გრ
- კვერცხი - 6
- მარილი - 1 მწიკვი
- შაქარი - 250 გრ
- დაფქული ნუში - 100 გრ
- ფქვილი - 100 გრ
გრილიაჟი:
- შაქრის პუდრა - 50 გრ
- დაჭრილი ნუში - 100 გრ
- პერგამენტი ფორმისთვის
მომზადება:
შოკოლადი დატეხეთ და ნაღებთან, შაქრის პუდრასთან და ქოქოსის ცხიმთან ერთად გაადნეთ დაბალ ცეცხლზე, თან ურიეთ. დადგით გრილ ადგილას მინიმუმ ორი საათით.
გააცხელეთ ღუმელი. ფორმას ჩაუფინეთ პერგამენტი. წვრილად გახეხეთ შოკოლადი. კვერცხის ცილა და გული გააცალკევეთ. ცილა მარილთან ერთად ათქვიფეთ გამაგრებამდე. კვერცხის გულს და შაქარს ურიეთ ჰაეროვანი მასის მიღებამდე. შეურიეთ ჯერ ნუში და შოკოლადი, შემდეგ კი ათქვეფილი ცილა. ცომს დააცერით ფქვილი და მოურიეთ.
ჩაასხით ცომი ფორმაში. შედგით ღუმელში და აცხვეთ 175˚-ზე 45წთ. როცა გაგრილდება ამოიღეთ ფორმიდან, დადეთ ცხაურზე გასაცივებლად და მოაცილეთ პერგამენტი.
შაქრის პუდრა დაყარეთ უცხიმო ტაფაზე და დადგით დაბალ ცეცხლზე. ურიეთ, სანამ ღია ყავისფერი არ გახდება. შემდეგ შეურიეთ დაჭრილი ნუში და გააცივეთ.
ბისკვიტი ორჯერ გაჭერით სიგანეზე, რომ მიიღოთ 3 ფენა. ბისკვიტის ძირი დაჭერით პატარა კვადრატებად და აურიეთ რომში. შოკოლადის კრემს კარგად ამოურიეთ. ამ კრემის 1/3 შეურიეთ დაჭრილ ბისკვიტს.
ბისკვიტის მეორე ფენა დადეთ ლანგარზე, წაუსვით ბისკვიტიანი და შოკოლადიანი მასა, დაადეთ მესამე ფენა და კიდეზე კარგად დააწექით. ნამცხვარს წაუსვით დარჩენილი შოკოლადის კრემი. ზედაპირი მორთეთ ნუშის გრილიაჟით. ტორტი კრემით კარგად რომ გაიჟღინთოს, დატოვეთ მთელი ღამით
