  • ფქვილი 5ჭ
  • მაწონი 1/5 ქილა
  • კვერცხი 4ც
  • ვანილი 1ც
  • სოდა 1 ს/კ
  • ძმარი 2 ს/კ
  • ზეთი 1ს/კ
  • კაკაო 1ც

მომზადება:

  • შაქარი და კვერცხი გათქვიფეთ მასის გათეთრებამდე, დაუმატეთ მაწონი, ფქვილი, ვანილი, სოდა, ძმარი და ზეთი
  • ცომი გაყავით ორ ნაწილად. ერთს ჩაამატეთ 2 სკ ფქვილი, მეორეს კი კაკაო.
  • ცხიმწასმულ, ცხელ ფორმაში ჩაასხით ჯერ თეთრი და შემდეგ კაკაოანი ცომი და შედგით გამოსაცხობად.
