ტექნოლოგიური სხავადასხვა კომპანიები, მათ შორის Amazon, Apple,YAHOO და Google-იც უამრავ გეგმებს წარადგენენ თავიანთ ახალ შენობა-ოფისები.
Amazon გეგმავს ააგოს გიგანტური, 3.5 მილიონი კვადრატული ფუტის მოცულობის, ოვალური ფორმის, მინის შენობა ქალაქ სიეტლში. NBBJ-ს მიერ ორგანიზირებული შენობა იქნება დატვირთული მცენარეებით და მაქსიმალურად ეკოლოგიური. იქნება გამოყოფილი ბოტანიკური ზონებიც.
Apple-ს აგრეთვე დიდი გეგმები აქვს. ის პარტიორებთან ერთად 2.8 მილიონი კვარდრატული ფუტის მოცულობის შენობას ააგებს ქალაქ Cupertino-ში. ეს იდეა საკრებულოს თავად სტივ ჯობსმა წარუდგინა. შენობა მთლიანად მინით იქნება დაფარული და ოვალური ფორმა ექნება.
