შავი შოკოლადის ნამცხვარი
ქველინარია გთავაზობთ გემრიელ შოკოლადის ნამცხვარს ალუბლებით.
შემადგენლობა:
- 2 ქილა ალუბალი ტორტის შიგთავსი
- 2 ფინჯანი შოკოლადის ნამცხვრის ნარევი
- 1 ფინჯანი მაიონეზი
- 1 ფინჯანი წყალი
- 3 კვერცხი
მომზადება:
გაააცხელეთ ღუმელი 350°-ზე, გამოსაცხობ ტაფაზე წაუსვით ცხიმი თხლად, სწორად გადაანაწილეთ ტორტის მასა ტაფაზე და დადგით ცალკე.
ნამცხვრის ნარევი, მაიონეზი, წყალი და კვერცხი აურიეთ მოზრდილ თასში ელექტრო მიქსერით დაბალი სიჩქარით 30 წამი, შემდეგ საშუალო სიჩქარით 2 წუთი, მოასხით გამზადებულ ტაფაზე.
გამოცხობას ჭირდება დაახლოებით 1 საათი, რომ გამზადდება, გააციეთ, გადმოატრიალეთ ხის პოდნოსზე, გადმოიღეთ ნამცხვარი და ზევიდან მოასხით შოკოლადი, დაალაგეთ ალუბლები და დაჭერით ოთხკუთხედებად.
