  2. 2 ჭიქა მსხვილად დაფქული ხორბლის ფქვილი
  3. 2 ½  ს/კ შაქარი
  4. 2 ჩ/კ მარილი
  5. 3 ს/კ  მცენარეული ზეთი
  6. 2 ს/კ საფუარი
  7. 2 ჭიქა თბილი წყალი

 

მომზადება:

  • თასში მოათავსეთ საფუარი და 1 ჩ/კ  შაქარი დაასხით ¼ ჭიქა თბილი წყალი, გააჩერეთ 10 წუთი.
  • ფქვილი, მარილი და დარჩენილი შაქარი აურიეთ ერთმანეთში, დაამატეთ საფუარი, ზეთი და დარჩენილი თბილი წყალი, მოზილეთ სქელი ცომი
  • ცომი უნდა იყოს რბილი, მაგრამ არ წებოვანი. თუ თხელი ცომი გამოგივიდათ შეგიძლიათ დაამატოთ ცოტა ფქვილი.
  • ცომი მოზილეთ იქამდე, სანამ სწორი, გლუვი ზედაპირი არ ექნება.
  • შემდეგ დაყავით პატარა ბურთულებად, ბურთულები გააპრტყელეთ 1/8 ინჩის სისქეზე.

  • გაპრტყელებული ცომი მოათავსეტ ტილო გადაფარებულ ლანგარზე, ზემოდანაც გადააფარეთ ტილო, და გააჩერეთ 2 საათი
  • საშუალო ცეცხლზე დადგით ტაფა და გააცხელეთ, გაფუებეული ცომი გადაიტანეთ ტაფაზე და გამოაცხვეთ, ცხობისას პური რამდენჯერმე გადააბრუნეთ.

ეს პური ინახება 2 დღე ოთახის ტემპერატურაზე.
