- ძმარი 2 ს/კ
- ზეთი 1ს/კ
- კაკაო 1ც
მომზადება:
- შაქარი და კვერცხი გათქვიფეთ მასის გათეთრებამდე, დაუმატეთ მაწონი, ფქვილი, ვანილი, სოდა, ძმარი და ზეთი
- ცომი გაყავით ორ ნაწილად. ერთს ჩაამატეთ 2 სკ ფქვილი, მეორეს კი კაკაო.
- ცხიმწასმულ, ცხელ ფორმაში ჩაასხით ჯერ თეთრი და შემდეგ კაკაოანი ცომი და შედგით გამოსაცხობად.
