სამარხო შოკოლადის ბისკვიტი
მავანნი ახალგაღვიძებულზე ყავას ირჩევენ, არადა რამდენად უფრო გემრიელია შოკოლადის ნამცხვარი?!
...მაგრამ თუ აღმოაჩინეთ, რომ ოთხშაბათია ან პარასკევი, ანდა რომელიმე მარხვა, შოკოლადით საუზმის სიამოვნება გვერდით უნდა გადადოთ...
ან ქველინარიას რეცეპტს მიჰყვეთ - და უგემრიელესი, შოკოლადის ბისკვიტი გამოაცხოთ არაჩვეულებრივ სამარხო დილისთვის...
შემადგენლობა:
- 3 ჭიქა ფქვილი;
- 2 ჭიქა შაქარი;
- 2 ჭიქა წყალი;
- 1 ჭიქა ზეთი;
- 6 ს/კ კაკაო;
- 1 შეკვრა საფუარი;
- მარილი;
მომზადება:
მთელი ეს მასა კარგად ავურიოთ ერთმანეთში. სპეციალურ ფორმაში დავფინოთ პერგამენტის ქაღალდი და წავუსვათ მარგარინი. ჩავასხათ ცომი და გამოვაცხოთ 200 – 250 გრადუსზე (ბისკვიტის მზაობა შევამოწმოთ ხის პატარა ჯოხით).
ბისკვიტი გავაგრილოთ ფორმაში დაახლოებით 2 -3 საათის განმავლობაში.
შემდეგ გავჭრათ შუაზე და სურვილისამებრს წავუსვათ თაფლი, ან ჯემი ან კიდევ მარგარინზე დამზადებული შოკოლადის კემი, ან ნებისმიერი რამ, რაც ფიქრობთ რომ გემრიელი იქნება. თუმცა გირჩევთ ბისკვიტი კრემის გარეშე მიირთვათ, ასეც ძალიან გემრიელია.
