მაგრამ თუკი კანადაში, ნორვეგიაში ან შვედეთში ცხოვრობთ ზოგჯერ ამ დროს მზეც კი შეიძლება დაინახოთ... ხანდახან კი შეიძლება იქვე ბიზონებიც დასეირნობდნენ...

უცნაური სახელწოდების, ეგზოტიკური კერძი კანადიდან
შემადგენლობა:
- 1.5 კგ ბიზონის ხორცი (მოშუშული)
- 5 ცალი პომიდორი
- 15-20 ცალი წითელი ხახვი
- 7-10 ცალი ქამა სოკო
- 1 ჭიქა მაყვალი
- 1 ჭიქა ლუდი
- 2 ს/კ პილპილი
- 2 ს/კ ხახვის ფხვნილი
- 2 ს/კ ნივრის ფხვნილი
- 2 ს/კ როზმარინი
- 5 ს/კ ზეითუნის ზეთი
- მარილი, წიწაკა
მომზადება:
- ხორცს დაასხით ლუდი და დაამატეთ ათქვეფილი მაყვალი. გააჩერეთ 3-4 საათით.
- ხახვი და როზმარინი მოშუშეთ ზეითუნის ზეთში, დაამატეთ სოკო, ხორცს გადაუწურეთ წვენი (წვენი შეინახეთ) და დაამატეთ მოშუშულ ინგრედიენტებს, 2-3 წუთი შუშეთ და დაამატეთ წვენიც, შემდეგ დაამატეთ დაჭრილი პომიდორი და შუშეთ პომიდორის მომზადებამდე დაახლოებით 5-10 წუთით.
- ბოლოს დაამატეთ დანარჩენი ინგრედიენტები და ადუღეთ 30-45 წუთის განმავლობაში.
