- ღორის ხორცი - 600 გრ
- ანანასი - 1 ცალი
- ყველი - 50 გრ
- ზეთის ხილი უკურკო - 20 ცალი
- ოხრახუში - 1 კონა
- მარილი - გემოვნებით
მომზადება:
- ღორის ხორცი დაჭერით კუბიკებად, მოაყარეთ მარილი და შეწვით მაღალ ტემპერატურზე რამდენიმე წუთის განმავლობაში.
- დაასხით წყალი ისე, რომ ხორცი მთლიანად დაიფაროს და განაგრძეთ შეწვა 25 წუთი.
- გაჭერით ანანასს 2 ნაწილად და ამოაცალეთ გული.
- ამოცლილი გული დაჭერით პატარა კუბიკებად და შეურიეთ ხორცს...
- კარგად რომ შეიწვება, ეს ყველაფერი ჩადეთ ანანასშივე...
- ზემოდან მოაყარეთ დაჭრილი ზეთისხილი და მწვანილი
