ცომი გააბრტყელეთ, დადეთ ტაფაზე, წაუსვით ზეთი, ზედ მოასხით მაიონეზი და კოვზით გადაანაწილეთ, დაალაგეთ რგოლებად დაჭრილი პამიდორი, სოკო, ძეხვი, მოაფშვენით ყველი, დაალაგეთ ზეთის ხილი, ხახვი და შედგით ცხელ ქურაში და აცხვეთ დაახლოებით 20 წუთის განმავლობაში. სანამ გამზადდება რამოდენიმე წუთით ადრე ზემოდან დააწყვეთ მრგვლად დაჭრილი წიწაკა მოაყარეთ მწვანილი, მარილი და პილპილი…
