როცა პატარა სახლებში ვერ ეტეოდნენ
მაშინ არ არსებობდა ცენტრ პოინტი, არც მოდული, არც რომელიმე თურქული-ამერიკული-არაბული სამშენებლო კომპანია, გაგიკვირდებათ და არც ჩაფხუტები ეხურათ მშენებლებს, არქიტექტორებიც ფარგლების გარეშე მუშაობდნენ და კალკულატორი რა იყო წარმოდგენაც არ ჰქონდათ. ყველაზე საინტერესო და უჩვეულო და გასაოცარი კი ისაა, რომ მაშინ ელიავას ბაზრობაც არ არსებობდა!
და სწორედ ამ გაუსაძლის პირობებში მსოფლიო აშენებდა სასახლეებს, საოცრებებს სჩადიოდნენ... თავად შეაფასეთ!
